Ang started CrossFit in January 2016. Prior to finding Crossfit she did circuit training at a local gym, competed in several sprint triathlons and ran a few Tough Mudders. She was initially very intimated by Crossfit but has grown to love the sport and the community. The more time she invested the more she wanted to learn about this sport, that is when she decided to take the Level 1 class. Never being an athlete growing up, Crossfit brought out her inner athlete. At that point she knew that she wanted to help others find their inner athlete as well.

After losing over 100lbs, Mike decided to devote his time and knowledge to helping others achieve their fitness goals. During Mike's journey, he experimented with various areas of fitness including Bodybuilding, Cycling, Martial Arts where he obtained an Instructor Level Black Belt in Kung Fu and of course CrossFit. Alicia was a three-sport athlete through high school and continued on to play volleyball at Widener University. A few years after college she was battling significant weight gain when she found a local kettlebell and bootcamp gym which rekindled her love of fitness. When that gym closed its doors she found CrossFit and has been hooked ever since. After about a year of learning the ins and outs of CrossFit, Alicia attended the CrossFit Level 1 course to become an instructor to share her passion with others in the community.
